More Prizes for Sep 2014 Statewide Crow Hunt

In addition to the grand prize for the September 20, 2014 Crow Hunt (Fox Pro CS24C Custom Digital Game Call) We are also now adding 2 sets of 3 flocked crow decoys, a leafy Mossy Oak Chuamo suit from Boondock Outdoors, and 4 Custom Made Hand Crow Calls from Bees O’Brien Game Calls!

You can hunt anywhere in PA and either come to the clubhouse for the drawing or turn your crows in via email and photo key from anywhere after you are done hunting.

You get a ticket for entering the contest and (1) ticket for each crow turned in. All tickets are entered into the drawing and drawn for grand prize and cash prizes. Other prizes will be given away to members of the hunt in other ways to be announced.

We had over 30 teams registered in March, lets see how many we can get for September !

Congrats to everyone who braved the weather and brought in an animal ! It was a terrible year for successful harvests, but we still had a great time and gave away tons of great prizes!

The list of the animals harvested are listed, and we will list all of the winners names later once everything is finally verified and approved !

Special thanks again to Fox Pro – Coyote Light – Nelen Taxidermy and all of the club members who made the hunt a HUGE success once again !

Coyote & Fox Hunt Dates Set

Dates for coyote and fox hunt are Feb 14,15,16. Prize structure has been changed for this year.
$5000 guaranteed!!
1st place – $1000
2nd place – $750
3rd place- $500
Smallest Male – $250
Smallest Female – $250
3 Lucky Dogs – $250/each – Random Drawing for any dog turned in*
6 Ghost Dogs – $100/each – Random Drawing for any registered coyote hunter that did not turn in a dog*
2 Show Dogs – $100/each – Random drawing of any coyote hunter present at time of drawing*
Friday – 2 random drawings $250 & $100 – Winners will be chosen from dogs turned in on Friday
Saturday – 2 random drawings $250 & $100 – Winners will be chosen from dogs turned in on Saturday

* – Cannot have won another prize to qualify for prize

Fox Hunt will stay similar to last year, contest rules will be published here soon.

Currently Looking for Members to fill Positions

The club is in dire need of more participation in running the club. Especially in need of a new Treasurer. If you would like to or know someone who would be interested in serving as the club treasurer, please contact Phil Miller or Bill Wyland. Numbers around the club, especially in officers and chairman have been on a steep decline and will start cutting into the operation of club functions and activities very soon.

If you are a member, please get more involved in the club. Its is OUR club, we ALL need to help out and serve in various positions. Thanks for your time !
